Why I Do This Work
Hi, I’m Anchana.
My work is guided by two simple questions:
- When do people come alive
- And how can we get more of that?
Whether I’m designing experiences, studying the brain, or holding space for someone who feels stuck or overwhelmed, I’ve always been drawn to what lights people up and how we can build more of it into our everyday lives.
Because when people feel more alive, they bring something richer to the world around them. That ripple effect matters.
It's not just about performance, but about presence, meaning, and what it really takes to feel whole.

My Approach
My work brings together neuroscience, mindfulness, expressive arts, somatic tools, and compassionate inquiry.
But more than anything, it’s rooted in seeing you fully, helping you see yourself clearly, and gently guiding you to reconnect with what feels most true..
My Path Here
I’ve worked across industries and disciplines from design research to leadership coaching. I am always exploring how people think, feel, and thrive.
I’ve trained with the Flow Research Collective, studied expressive arts therapy, and guided individuals and groups through personal growth journeys for almost a decade.
The biggest shift in my own life happened when I had a job that paid more than I imagined but I felt unfulfilled. Then I was diagnosed with MS. That wake up call nudged me to ask deeper questions and make bigger changes.
I left the city. I ended a relationship. I started my coaching practice and chose a path that felt aligned.
Even before that, I had been meditating for almost a decade, working with the flow state, and had completed my art therapy training. I was surrounded by people I loved and who supported me (many of whom still do). But it was only after everything shifted that I began to truly meet myself.
Now I continue to learn from slowness, play, and the intelligence of the body.
Why It Matters
Because self-actualization isn’t some final destination. It’s a gentle and pateint ongoing return to who you really are. And when we do that—when we meet ourselves with awareness, compassion, and a little playfulness.
And when you do? You remember what it feels like to be fully alive. And from that place, everything changes.
The world becomes kinder, brighter, and more connected when we courageously embrace who we genuinely are.
If that’s what you’re looking for, I’d love to work with you.
